Return policies

- Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal without any penalty being applied within and no later than the deadline of 15 working days from the time of receipt of the product.

An indispensable condition for taking advantage of this right is the absolute integrity of the product, which must not have been used.

- The right of withdrawal can be exercised in the following way, by sending both the following communications to the Company:

1. an R.A.r. addressed to Domenici Fabrizio, via Castel Paterno, 28 - 00158 Rome

2. an e-mail to the address, within 24 hours after sending the R.A.r.

- The customer who exercises the right of withdrawal is obliged to return the purchased product intact in all its parts and closed in the original packaging, also complete in all its parts.

The product must be returned no later than 7 days from the date of sending the notice of withdrawal.

- The Company undertakes to refund the amount paid within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. The sum will be refunded in full, including shipping costs, if the withdrawal corresponds to the entire order made. If the withdrawal concerns only part of the products of the entire order, in this case the shipping costs will not be refunded. The refund will be made in the manner chosen by the customer.

- The sum for returning the product to the Company will be totally borne by the Customer.

- The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by the customer as a natural person. This right cannot be exercised for Customers who purchase with VAT number and in any case in the exercise of their entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity.

- The Customer who wishes to return the products received (made in a workmanlike manner) for reasons not attributable to the Company, may request their replacement with the same or other Company products within and no later than 15 days from their receipt. The Company will be in charge of accepting this request or not. If the replacement with other products is accepted, the Company will wait for an adjustment of the purchase price before sending the new material. The shipping costs for returning the replaced products will be charged to the customer.


The customer will not be recognized any right to compensation for damages or indemnity, as well as no contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to people and / or things caused by goods purchased from our e-commerce.
